1. What HighStakke is
HighStakke is a free social casino website for entertainment only. It presents demonstration versions of slot games that run on virtual coins. There is no real money gambling on this site: you cannot deposit, you cannot wager money, you cannot win money or any prize, and nothing you do here has any financial outcome. Because no money or money's worth is staked or won, HighStakke is not a gambling service and does not hold or require a licence from the UK Gambling Commission.
2. Who may use the site

- Virtual coins are the play tokens shown inside each studio demo. They have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for anything.
- A demo balance may change, reset or refill at any time, including when you reload a game or when a studio updates it. We accept no responsibility for a lost balance because there is nothing of value to lose.
- HighStakke does not store any balance for you and has no account system.
4. Third-party games
All games are provided by independent studios and loaded in demo mode from their servers. We do not own, control or modify the games, their odds or their content. Availability may change without notice if a studio alters or withdraws a demo. Your use of a game may also be subject to the studio's own terms, which are displayed inside the game frame where applicable.
5. No practice for real gambling

To the extent permitted by law, HighStake Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, which is free of charge and for entertainment only. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Because HighStakke is free and requires no account, we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice, including removing a game or taking the whole site offline for maintenance. Nothing you may have earned inside a demo carries any value, so no compensation is owed if a game or the site disappears.
12. Feedback and submissions
Any ideas, suggestions or feedback you send us through the contact form may be used to improve the site without any obligation to you. Please do not send us confidential material. We will never publish your name or message without asking you first.
13. Severability and waiver
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, that does not prevent us from enforcing it later.
